London Road is a complicated conversion project.  The 1st & 2nd Floors are being converted into four residential flats.  A third storey is being added via the use of the existing roof space to accommodate a further flat.  The replacement of the roof has also been part of all of the major structural works that have been undertaken by us in order to achieve the finished project.
