High Street is both a conversion project and a new build project.  The Ground Floor will be converted from a retail store to offices and the first floor to 3 No.2 bed flats.  The new build part is an additional 2 storeys to be constructed on top of the first floor to make 2nd & 3rd floors for 6 No. 2 bed flats with an external staircase to rear for fire safety.
