Aside from keeping 3 outside walls this project is complete redesign and rebuild!  Making the most of it's position over looking the beautiful South Coast, we have added a balcony and a lounge to the first floor.  A complete redesign of the roof adding dorma's and additional rooms, we are looking forward to our professional team bring this this once tired impractical property come to life!
